Please notice the following when placing order

1. Inform us the full information of your company including office telephone number, fax number, mobile, e-mail, detailed address with postal code and your desired destination port by sea and air.

2. All the orders will have its PO number and this number is made by our clients. Please notice that this number is very important and the goods will be tracked by this number.

3. The machines are not always in the stock. Please confirm the delivery time with our service representatives before placing the orders.

Since we are providing the printing equipments and printer spare parts, and as a result the service must be guaranteed in our business factors. 1. Getting English & Spanish technicians and train them by sending them to the factories, testing and debugging the machines in demonstration room, visiting international exhibitions, visiting clients in other countries on pot. Now they are capable to solve technical problems anytime and anywhere.

2. Establishing overseas service center. WER has established service center in German and this center is serving the whole Europe and African areas.

3. Selected the best technicians in peer companies and then we share the technical resources with them by paying salary, KPI testing. The technicians are working online in WER and the service can be available in 24 hours a day

4. Online service through MSN, SKYPE, FACEBOOK, TEAMVIEWER, etc with Network Video
